Our APF 100 Patagonian Mountain Honey is a Raw, High Activity, Bioactive honey from the Chilean Patagonia. The main pollens present are from the Quillay, Puemo and Avocado flowers. Having been analysed in a microbiological laboratory, the pollen from these flowers displayed impressive results in the fight against bacteria such as E.coli and Salmonella. With a pronounced unique sweetness, notes of caramel and a dark colour resembling coffee, this factor is recommended to strengthen the immune system when consumed on a daily basis.
